Due to the rise in prices of fuels like petrol and diesel many people are forced to give up things from their daily existence so that they are able to put some fuel in their car every week. To overcome such circumstances many of them are moving to all sorts of products which can help them to save fuel in order to save more than just a few bucks. Did you know that Conoco Phillips made a record of $3 billion in the first quarter of this year because the price of gasoline has almost doubled over the past year. If everyone just used the 30 powerful gas savings methods contained within this article–consumers would have saved billions of dollars in gasoline cost.

With the recent drop in oil and gas prices, I’m sure many of us have forgotten the good driving habits we learned when we were paying $1 more a gallon of gas. It’s amazing how quickly we forget to pay attention to our gas mileage when our gas bill is cut by a third.

It seems like just yesterday when the price of gas was fairly insignificant. The cost to fill up a traditional family car was nowhere near the fifty dollars or more most of today’s drivers are accustomed to paying each time they fuel up. But short of selling your gas guzzler for a hybrid vehicle where the cost of gas is essentially a non issue, what can drivers do to conserve both their fuel and their funds? Gas prices today are ridiculous. Many wish for a return to the days when gas was only $.75 a gallon. Unfortunately, those days are over and now gas prices are higher than ever.
